4. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:

Manpower Insights allows users to:

  • Create, manage, and send messages via WhatsApp Business API.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics (e.g., opens, clicks, message interactions).

5. USER CONTENT & CONDUCT:

  • You retain ownership of your content (e.g., messages, campaign materials).
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your content solely to provide and promote our Services.
  • You must not submit illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
  • Prohibited conduct includes spamming, harassment, threats, and any activity violating laws or others' rights.

6. WHATSAPP & EMAIL MARKETING:

  • WhatsApp: Used for delivering messages, alerts, and marketing communications. You may opt out anytime (e.g., by replying "STOP").
  • Email: Sent only with your consent. All emails include an unsubscribe link.
  • We may use analytics (e.g., delivery status, opens, clicks) to optimize delivery and user experience.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

  • The Platform and software (excluding your content) are our proprietary property.
  • All trademarks, logos, and rights to our branding remain with us.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES:

  • We rely on third-party providers for hosting, WhatsApp connectivity, email delivery, and analytics.
  • Use of certain features may be subject to third-party terms (e.g., WhatsApp's own policies).

9. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES OR TERMS:
